At Hurricane BMX USA we understand how frustrating it can be to have your order arrive at a time or location that is not convenient for you. It is possible to have your order sent to an address other than that registered with your credit card. Simply choose the “Dispatch to a New Delivery Address” option, this can be your workplace, parents residence or to a neighbor etc. Please note that if this is your first order with Hurricane BMX USA then we may require that your order be dispatched to the registered cardholders billing address. This is to protect both our customers and Hurricane BMX USA against possible card fraud. Please take care when entering your address. We will be addressing your parcel exactly as you enter it in here and can not be responsible for delays or problems caused by incorrect details.
Here at Hurricane BMX USA We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you decide that the product you purchased is no longer required, not the right item or you simply wish to return it you can do so. We accept returns for exchange or a refund within 80 days of the original purchase date. Providing the product is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt. This excludes custom built bicycles or wheels.
If you believe your item to be faulty or it has been damaged in transit please contact us here or call our team on
8582294442 prior to returning your item. If your product is faulty we will refund the cost of returning the item to us (up to a maximum of $100) or arrange for a courier to collect (USA only) depending on the size of your parcel.

Let us know if you want a refund, exchange etc When returning items within the USA please a courier of your choice and request a proof of postage. We regret that we cannot cover the cost of postage back to ourselves. However postage back for exchanged items will be covered by Hurricane BMX USA. Once returned we will credit your payment method used to make the purchase within 2 working days (Please note that credit and debit cards can take extra time to appear in your account – this depends on your banks policy and is out of our control.) For exchanged items we will endeavour to ship your new product to you within 2 days of receiving your item back. All items sold by Hurricane BMX USA are covered by the relevant manufacturers warranties. These vary from brand to brand and product to product and are dealt with on a case by case basis.
